If you are not satisfied with your Askora subscription, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the 14-day window. Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals or customized enterprise plans.
Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
